Navigation and workspaces

Desktop navigation

The primary rail selects a module. Modules with several views open a secondary panel. For example, CRM expands into Dashboard, Leads, Deals, Pipelines, People, Companies, Custom Fields, Lead Scoring, and AI Copilot. Named groups in a secondary panel are organizational headings, not additional permissions.

The lower navigation contains Agency and Settings. Account-menu shortcuts also link to Help, the changelog, and billing-related areas.

Mobile navigation

On smaller screens, the same module tree appears in a drawer with expandable sections. If a secondary view is not immediately visible, expand its parent module. Query-based views—such as Task Manager layouts, Inbox channels, and SEO tools—share one page and use the selected navigation state.

Direct links and saved views

Some views encode filters in the URL. You can bookmark those links, but access still depends on the current account, workspace, role, and feature availability. Do not assume a copied URL grants another person access.

Switch workspaces safely

Treat a workspace switch like changing accounts in an accounting or messaging system:

1. Save or close in-progress edits.
2. Switch to the intended workspace.
3. Confirm the workspace name and visible records.
4. Re-open the intended module.
5. Recheck sender, connection, and billing context before a consequential action.

Browser tabs can retain an earlier workspace context. Refresh or close stale tabs after switching, especially before imports, sends, deletes, or provider changes.

Why a module may be missing

• Your role does not include the module.
• The workspace plan or agency configuration does not enable it.
• A required provider or setup step is incomplete.
• The module is in a staged or preview rollout.
• You are in an agency workspace when the feature belongs to a sub-account, or the reverse.
