Account & settings

Workspace, billing, and usage

Manage members and subscriptions, interpret consumption, and make account changes in the correct tenant.

Workspace

Use Settings → Workspace for shared identity and membership visible to your role. Invite named users, apply least privilege, and reassign their work before removal. Workspace changes can affect every teammate.

Billing

Open Settings → Billing in the active workspace. Review plan name, price, billing interval, effective dates, included capability, current subscription state, payment method, and any scheduled change before confirming.

An upgrade can take effect immediately while a downgrade or cancellation may apply later. Follow the confirmation text and retain the receipt or identifier. If the workspace is an agency sub-account, billing may be self-serve or agency-managed; use the owning party’s process.

Usage

Open Settings → Usage for current consumption and available breakdowns. Voice, AI, enrichment, email, SEO provider work, or other metered actions can post at different times. A recent action may appear after provider processing.

Use usage information to:

  • Detect unexpected volume or repeated automation.
  • Forecast capacity for a campaign or client.
  • Compare a sub-account with its cap or tier.
  • Identify the module or action driving cost.
  • Stop a workflow before a hard limit or budget is exceeded.

Before changing a plan

Inventory active agents, numbers, automations, senders, integrations, users, sub-accounts, stored assets, and expected usage. Confirm what happens to data and running work if a feature or limit is reduced.

Billing support

Email support@spacebrain.ai from the account email with the workspace name, invoice or subscription identifier, date, currency, and a description. Never send full card numbers, bank credentials, passwords, tax identity documents, or Stripe secrets by email.
