If you wear several hats
Complete Workspace owner first, then the role responsible for the first customer workflow. You do not need to finish all four paths before launch.
Universal first-launch gate
Every role should use the first-launch checklist before an external send, call, automation, page, event, social post, review request, or provider change. Use data access and safe operation for customer-data boundaries and feature availability when a control is missing.
