Account and settings overview

The Settings navigation contains General, Preferences, AI Copilot, Workspace, Billing, and Usage. Personal authentication controls such as passkeys are shown in General; the current settings navigation does not have a separate Security screen.

Personal versus shared settings

• General: your profile photo, full name, username, read-only sign-in email, and available passkey controls.
• Preferences: appearance, a personal timezone selection, and email-notification selections. The timezone and notification selections currently save in this browser, so they can differ across browsers or devices and do not replace module-level scheduling settings.
• AI Copilot: shared or workspace-aware AI assistance configuration exposed to your role.
• Workspace: shared business identity and membership.
• Billing: subscription and payment context for the active workspace.
• Usage: consumption and limits for the active workspace or sub-account.

Verify whether a form says the change applies to “you,” “workspace,” “agency,” or “sub-account” before saving.

Settings hygiene

Use organization-managed identities, keep editable profile and recovery information current, review members and providers regularly, and document material workspace or billing changes. The sign-in email is read-only in Settings. Do not share passwords or reuse one teammate’s account for an operational team.
