Social publishing and creative assets

Draft, adapt, approve, schedule, publish, and verify content across connected networks.

Use the Publisher

Open Social Media → Publisher and select the exact destination accounts. Draft the post, add media, and configure the publish time or immediate action presented by the UI. Preview each network separately.

Before scheduling:

  • Verify text, claims, dates, links, tags, mentions, rights, and campaign parameters.
  • Check safe areas, cropping, captions, alternative text, and video processing.
  • Confirm timezone and any embargo.
  • Remove destinations where the content is not appropriate.
  • Record an approval when required.

Media Library

Use Media Library for reusable owned or licensed assets. Name files clearly and retain rights, creator, usage restrictions, expiration, and campaign context in your approved asset-management process. Do not assume an uploaded asset is cleared for every brand, sub-account, territory, or network.

Creative Studio

Use Creative Studio to prepare supported visual documents or variants. Keep critical copy inside network-safe areas and export or publish at appropriate dimensions. Compare generated or AI-assisted creative with the approved brand kit and factual source.

Schedule and verify

A scheduled state means Spacebrain plans to submit at the configured time. It does not guarantee provider publication. After the scheduled time, inspect status and open the network directly. If status is unclear, do not create a duplicate until you confirm whether the first post exists.

Correct or remove content

Provider edit and deletion capabilities differ. If a published error creates legal, safety, customer, or brand risk, pause related scheduled posts, capture the URL and time, correct at the provider where necessary, and document the response. Disconnecting a network does not necessarily delete already published posts.
