Glossary

Shared Spacebrain terms used across product modules and this manual.

Account and workspace

Account — one person’s Spacebrain identity and authentication.

Workspace — the tenant that owns records, assets, connections, usage, and shared settings.

Agency — a workspace with eligible tools for managing branded client sub-accounts.

Sub-account — an isolated client workspace managed within an agency relationship.

Role — the permissions granted to a member within a workspace.

Customer data

Lead — a CRM record being qualified or worked through a lead process.

Person — a durable individual contact record.

Company — an organizational CRM record.

Deal — a commercial opportunity in a pipeline stage.

Pipeline — ordered stages for an opportunity process.

Custom field — a workspace-defined structured value added to a supported entity.

Enrichment — third-party or AI-assisted data proposed or added to a record.

Communication and AI

Agent — a configured conversational AI with instructions, knowledge, voice or chat behavior, and permitted actions.

Knowledge base — approved source material an agent can retrieve from.

Action — a capability that changes or reads another system during a conversation or automation.

Channel — the medium for a conversation, such as email, SMS, WhatsApp, chat, Meta, or call.

Thread — the Inbox history for a customer conversation.

Handoff — transfer from automation or AI to an accountable person or queue.

Automation and publishing

Workflow — trigger-based logic that runs actions and branches.

Execution — one workflow run and its node-level result.

Sequence — an ordered contact cadence for enrolled CRM records.

Enrollment — a record’s active participation in a sequence.

Form response — one stored submission to a Spacebrain form.

Landing page — a focused published page with a primary conversion goal.

Funnel — a multi-step published journey.

Providers and billing

Integration / connection — authorization linking a workspace to an external provider resource.

OAuth — a provider authorization flow that grants scoped access without giving Spacebrain the provider password.

Usage — metered consumption associated with a workspace, module, or action.

Tier — an agency-defined package of price, features, quotas, or markup for sub-accounts.

Rebilling — eligible agency charging and margin operations for sub-accounts.
