Affiliate program

The Affiliate module is for approved partners referring new paying Spacebrain customers. Program status, approval criteria, commission rate, attribution rules, payout threshold, methods, and terms can change; the in-product program page and applicable affiliate terms control.

Apply

Open Affiliate. If enrollment is not available for your account, use the application contact shown in the page and describe your audience and intended promotion. Approval is manual during controlled program stages.

Once approved, use the affiliate code from your welcome email or partner dashboard. Enter only letters, numbers, dashes, or underscores as the form permits. Spacebrain generates the shareable referral URL.

Share responsibly

Use the referral link in useful, accurate content for an appropriate audience. Clearly disclose the affiliate relationship where required. Do not make guarantees about product results, plan availability, prices, or feature access that are not supported by current public information.

Self-referrals, agency sub-account conversions, brand-term paid search, spam, misleading claims, and other activity prohibited by the affiliate terms are not eligible.

Attribution

The in-product program currently describes a 60-day attribution window. Browser restrictions, consent settings, devices, earlier referrals, account identity, and program rules can affect attribution. A click does not guarantee an approved commission.

Affiliate portal

Approved affiliates can use the portal to review:

• Their referral link.
• Lifetime earnings.
• Pending payout.
• Paid-out total.
• Referred-customer and commission-event counts.
• Recent commissions and statuses.

Payout method, payout history, tax forms, identity verification, and withdrawal settings are managed in the linked Tolt partner dashboard where configured. Supported payout methods shown by the program can include Stripe, PayPal, or Wise.

A referral or payout looks wrong

Confirm the referral URL, customer eligibility, conversion date, commission status, threshold, payout setup, and program terms. Do not ask the customer to repeat a purchase. Email support@spacebrain.ai with your affiliate account email and non-sensitive referral or commission identifier. Do not send customer payment details, tax documents, or identity documents by ordinary support email.
