## Setup order

1. Open **Social Media → Connections** and authorize the intended business profiles.
2. Verify each selected page, account, organization, or channel.
3. Configure **Brand Kit** with approved voice and visual references.
4. Add owned assets to **Media Library**.
5. Draft and preview one platform-specific test post.
6. Complete any approval required by the team.
7. Publish to a controlled destination or at a low-risk time.
8. Confirm the post at the network and inspect Spacebrain status.

## Provider differences

Networks differ in text limits, aspect ratios, link behavior, media processing, hashtags, mentions, scheduling windows, permissions, analytics, and deletion or editing support. A draft that validates in Spacebrain can still be rejected or transformed by the provider.

## Roles and approval

Separate content creation, factual or brand review, and publishing permission where appropriate. Define who can reconnect provider accounts and who responds to public engagement or incidents.
